Morton Arboretum Ticket Refunds

Info below FOR WAC FRONT DESK:
  • There is a list of names called 'Morton Arboretum Illumination: Refund List' that is at the WAC front desk.
  • Students who were signed up to go to the Morton Arboretum D-term trip on 12/14/2016 will need their money back from the trip as it was canceled due to bad weather. They will be coming by the desk to collect the money they paid for the trip. It was $5.00 per person to go on the trip.
  • NCC Students who were signed up for this trip have received an email letting them know that they can pick up their refund from January 13th until January 25th at the WAC front desk.
  • Please note that all students names may NOT be spelled correctly. It was a struggle to read some of their handwriting from the original sheet.
  • What you need to fill out when a student arrives to the desk to get their refund:
    • Give them their money back and record the proper information necessary in the WAC front desk files
    • Mark in the correct column on the sheet that they have received their refund and how much they received
      • Some people paid for their family member/non NCC friend to go, so they may be picking up $10.00 instead of $5.00. We need to include how much you gave them back so we can ensure where all of the money has gone.
      • If they request more than $5.00 back for the refund, as they paid for someone else, ask them who that money is for and on the sheet make a note under that person's name of who picked up the refund for them
      • Assume that all refunds that they are requesting are for $5.00 unless the student states otherwise!
    • Write your initials as the WAC front desk worker in the correct column on the sheet to state that you have refunded them
    • List the date you gave them their money back in the correct column

A Few Updates

Hey guys!
Happy week 7, Homecoming and Halloween.

I wanted to remind you to:

a. Send your schedules to DuShaun for Winter term ASAP(D-term also if you are planning to work)
b. Staff Meeting is next Saturday November 5th at 10 am in WAC lobby.
c. Finals schedule sheet will be at the desk next Tuesday November 1st at 10 am. If you can't come at that time, email me what times you would prefer to work.
